A delivery driver has given a hilarious response to a roving reporter's inquiry if he was a multi-millionaire lottery winner.
A Victorian man incredibly won the Oz Lotto jackpot twice after buying two tickets with the same winning numbers, scoring himself a mammoth prize of $46.6million.
Today Show reporter Christine Ahern was outside the Tatts shop in Footscray where the winner purchased one of his lucky tickets on Wednesday morning, and asked a man delivering fish if he happened to be the winner.
