Former Footy Show host Garry Lyon and Nicky Brownless grabbed coffee in a rare public sighting since she left her husband Billy for his best friend.

The couple sported active wear as they walked down High Street in the inner Melbourne suburb of Armadale, known for its high fashion boutiques, hair salons and cafes on Tuesday.

Nicky left Billy Brownless for his co-host and best mate Lyon in a scandalous affair which tore apart a marriage, a family, and a longtime friendship in 2016.
