The water polo coach who allegedly took at least $250,000 in bribes to enable the children of wealthy parents to attend the University of Southern California is putting his 3,200-square-foot home on the market.

Jovan Vavic, who was fired by USC after he was indicted in the college bribery scandal, is selling his four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom oceanfront home in Ranchos Palos Verdes for $2.499million.

The extensively remodeled Mediterranean-style property, which was built in 2008, offers unimpeded views of the Pacific Ocean and the Catalina Islands just off the coast of Southern California, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The house boasts a rooftop deck, solar panels to generate electricity, four fireplaces, a swimming pool and jacuzzi that looks out over the ocean, and a spacious backyard patio.

The dismissed USC coach bought the home in 2004 for $1.045million.

Vavic is the most accomplished water polo coach in all of collegiate athletics.

He coached both the Trojans men’s and women’s teams.

Vavic was named head coach of the men’s water polo team in 1995.

During his tenure at the school, Vavic won 16 national titles, 10 of them with the men’s team and the other six as coach of the women’s team.

He won the National Coach of the Year award 15 times.

Vavic embarked on a highly successful coaching career after playing water polo professionally in his native former Yugoslavia.
