Police have named the 'kind hearted' father who died after he was targeted in a shocking daylight shooting in Birmingham.
Remal 'Mally' Hunt, 28, was found with critical injuries on Church Road, Erdington, at around midday on Thursday.
Emergency services were called to the street after reports of a shooting but Mr Hunt died a short time later.

A post-mortem revealed he died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
No arrests have yet been made but officers continue to look for CCTV and speak to potential witnesses.
Mr Hunt's family have paid tribute to the 'kind hearted' father today.
They said: 'Remal was a very much loved son, brother and father who was kind hearted and will be sadly missed.'
And his sister Tamara Edwards added on Facebook: 'Still can't come to realisation that my brother is... gone.
'You will get the justice you deserve, fact! And your name will forever live on. You're in a much safer, loving place now.
'Rest easy in perfect, perfect peace. Until we meet again Mally.'

West Midlands Police Detective Inspector Caroline Corfield said: 'This is a desperately sad time for Remal's family, and we have specially trained officers in place to support them.
'We believe that Remal was directly targeted.
