A Specsavers customer 'could not believe his eyes' when he was almost charged £4billion for a bottle of eye drops.

Cameraman Martyn Chidlow, 55, had gone to the store in Wrexham, north Wales, to pick up his prescription and a bottle of eye drops after a recent eye exam.

But the father-of-two says he was glad he had had his eyes tested before trying to buy the eye drops when £4,031,626,711.51 appeared on the till after the bottle was scanned.
