New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and his longtime partner, TV chef Sandra Lee, have been forced to deny rumors that they have separated and are no longer living together.
Cuomo, 61, and Lee, 52, who have been dating for 14 years, spoke out as it was reported they have been living separate lives for several months.
Lee, who is best-known for her Semi-Homemade brand of cookbooks, magazines and TV shows, has been dividing her time between her home in Battery Park City in Manhattan and California.

Meanwhile Cuomo, who was previously married to Robert Kennedy's daughter Kerry, is living and working at his Executive Mansion in Albany, sources told Page Six.
'[Cuomo] has moved out of her home in Westchester, and he has moved into the governor’s mansion in Albany,' a source close to Cuomo told Page Six. Another friend claimed their living situation has remained the same for months.
It is understood that real estate agents have been at the location of Lee's Mount Kisco property in Westchester ahead of putting it on the market.
However Lee claimed that she has been busy helping take care of a sick uncle and that is her reason for spending time in California.
She said: 'We've been together 14 years. Nothing has changed. We’re still together.'
Claiming it was 'absolutely not true', Cuomo's spokesman Don Kaplan added: 'It's not true that they are broken up or that they are living separately.'
Speculation had mounted that the pair had parted ways previously when Lee was notably absent from the Governor’s campaign website as he sought re-election and appeared to be making a bid for the Presidential election.

At the time, Cuomo's campaign spokeswoman Abby Fashouer denied there were problems in the relationship and insisted: 'Everyone knows the governor and Sandy have been partners for 13 years and that she is an important part of everything he does.'
