A woman has been ordered to pay her former neighbour $120,000 after calling him a 'busybody' in email to fellow residents.
Gary Raynor, 78, sued Patricia Murray over an email she had sent him and other residents in the Manly residential building after he asked her to lock her letterbox.
In the email sent in 2017, Ms Murray called Mr Raynor a 'small minded busy body who wastes the time of fellow resident's petty items'.
