A self-confessed 'cradle snatcher' who seduced a teenager almost 20 years her junior has opened up about the difficulties in their relationship.
Mother-of-two Philippa Bennett was 37 when she met 19-year-old Ryan MacLean during a stage show they were both performing in.
There was an instant connection between them and despite their sizeable age gap, they pursued a romantic relationship.
The couple dated for two years before televising their marriage for Network Seven's hit reality show, Bride and Prejudice.

But eight months on from tying the knot, the couple realised married life was a lot more difficult than they had anticipated.
Once the cameras stopped rolling, they began fighting 'over the little things, like cooking, cleaning and doing the shopping', they told Sunday Night.
The program also featured Max Delmege and his wife Sam, who are happily married with a 40-year age gap and Brynne Edelsten, who was once married to Geoffrey Edelston despite being four decades younger.
All the couples said age plays a minor factor in their love for one another.

The couple went on to admit the challenges they faced when living together proved to much, and MacLean has since decided to move into a share house to salvage the relationship
She said the physical chemistry between them was as strong as ever.
'He is young and hot so there are no complaints here. I wake up to this every morning... its great,' she boasted.

They spend on average three nights a week together.
'Living separately just seemed like a really good idea... ever since we moved to different houses it has just worked really well and nicely for our relationship,' MacLean said.
