Wild winds from an Arizona dust devil sent a palm tree flailing in a new viral video. 

Zak Norgren filmed the unusual weather phenomenon in Phoenix, Arizona, as it wrapped its way around the tall leaves and nearly sent the top to a 90 degree angle.

The thin-whirring cloud of dust, sand and debris, spun viciously around the tree with such speed that one passerby worries it will 'snap off'.
