A police officer was seriously injured after a Land Rover smashed into a patrol car.
Officers tried to stop a Land Rover Discovery that was being 'driven erratically' on Wood End Road in Erdington, Birmingham at around 4.10am when the vehicle collided with another police car that had been passing by and was not involved in the operation.
An officer sustained pelvic, leg
