Airman, 36, has arraignment pushed back after he HEADBUTTED officers

A New York military man accused of killing his girlfriend and their two toddler sons headbutted officers while being carted to his arraignment on Monday - a day before it was revealed that he was ordered to stay away from the servicewoman in December.

Shane Walker, 36, was being transferred from a Brooklyn mental facility to the Staten Island Courthouse in St. George when the altercation took place on Monday.

The South Beach resident is said to have allegedly headbutted a NYPD Lieutenant and another detective at approximately 5pm. 

The lieutenant was taken to the Richmond University Medical Center in West Brighton with minor injuries, SI Live reports. The other officer also sustained minor injuries.

Walker - who was shackled at the time of the altercation - was taken to the Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan after the incident.

His arraignment hearing how now been pushed back at least one day. 

Walker was charged on Sunday with murder, manslaughter, arson and criminal possession of a weapon for killing his girlfriend Alla Ausheva and their two sons Ivan Walker, two, and Elia Walker, three. 

He was remanded on murder and manslaughter charges in Richmond County Criminal court Tuesday. 

During the arraignment, it was revealed that Walker was arrested for assaulting Ausheva and threatening to hurt her and the kids on December 29.

Walker was told to keep away from 'and refrain from assaulting' his two children and an order of protection was issued by a Staten Island Family Court judge, the New York Daily News reports.
