Britain’s most expensive beach hut could be yours for £350,000.
Costing almost £100,000 more than the average home, the wooden shack at Mudeford Spit, Dorset, sleeps six people with four mattresses on the mezzanine level and a further two spaces to sleep on the ground floor.
But it can only be slept in for eight months of the year.
If the hut reaches its target price it could be the most expensive beach hut in the UK.

The lounge-cum-dining area is to the front of the property which has views to the Isle of Wight and the Needles
