An equality watchdog has urged firms to anonymise CVs and promote shared parental leave to tackle the gender pay gap.

The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) also said companies should advertise jobs at all levels as open to flexible working from day one.
