Port Adelaide star Ollie Wines won the most competitive Brownlow medal in history, claiming his first medal with a staggering 36 votes ahead of Western Bulldogs captain Marcus Bontempelli.
In the highest scoring top 5 in the award's history, Wines stormed home to win his first medal just ahead of Bontempelli, Clayton Oliver and Sam Walsh.
