Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein introduced a bill Wednesday that would require all passengers on domestic flights to be vaccinated or provide a negative COVID-19 test or be fully recovered from the disease.  

'We can't allow upcoming holiday air travel to contribute to another surge in COVID cases,' the California Democrat tweeted. 'Today, I introduced legislation requiring passengers on domestic flights to be vaccinated, test negative or be fully recovered from a previous COVID illness.'

Already, passengers traveling into the United States from foreign destinations must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test or documentation that says they've recovered from COVID.
