At least seven people have been killed and 15 others wounded after explosions hit a mosque in southern Afghanistan.
The blast hit a Shiite mosque in the city of Kandahar during Friday prayers, with witnesses reporting three explosions - including one at the main entrance and another in an area where worshippers wash themselves.
It is not yet clear what caused the explosions, but it comes a week after a bomb attack on Shiite worshippers in the northern city of Kunduz
