Alan Carr's husband drunkenly reversed into a police car, narrowly missing a mother pushing a pram, a court heard.
Paul Drayton is accused of being four times over the drink-drive limit when he nearly struck the woman in his Mitsubishi 4x4 in West Sussex last month.
The 50-year-old, who has been married to the TV comic since 2018, denies the charge, claiming he wasn't behind the wheel during the near-miss, the Sun reports.
