Off-duty NYPD sergeant 'opens fire on three men who refused to tip a server involved in sex work at an after-hours karaoke bar in Queens' NYPD Sgt Raymond Wong allegedly opened fire during brawl with three patrons in Viva KTV karaoke bar in Queens  Fight started after a server, whom may have been involved in sex work, complained that the three patrons failed to tip her  Wong intervened and was allegedly attacked by the suspects, Kentvy Wong, 38, Shou Li Xu, 38, and Zhong Xiang Lin, 37 Sergeant opened fire but did not hit anyone; Kentvy Wong, Xu and Lin were arrested by police

An off-duty NYPD sergeant was involved in an early-morning brawl in a Queens karaoke bar and allegedly opened fire after three patrons refused to tip a server. 

Violence broke out inside the Viva KTV karaoke bar on Prince Street in the Flushing neighborhood at around 5am on Monday.
