The real estates agent Belle Property's ad describes it memorably as a 'separate bed nook with hanging space'.
Even more interesting than the sleeping nook is the bathroom, which has a toilet inside the shower, like a budget Hong Kong hotel room.
Silvia Vitale of Belle Property has previously seen a studio apartment with a toilet in a shower, also in Potts Point.
'Someone told me they do that in boats as well. It's space saving. It could be a part of the tiny homes movement,' she told Daily Mail Australia.
'It really doesn't matter if the toilet gets wet. It probably cleans the toilet at the same time.'
But if you plan to live there, just remember to leave your toilet paper outside the glass door when you're using the space for its shower function.
