An uninhabitable Washington state home sitting right on the edge of landslide cliff has been listed on the market for a whopping $200,000. 

Whatever merits the extravagant price for the declining, unkempt, wire-fenced home remains a mystery. 

The pastel-green four-bedroom Everett property's asking price has already been cut by $50,0000 from its initial $250,000 Zillow listing after 17 days on the market.  

The listing advertises the four-bedroom home's few perks - views of the valley, the mountains, and little else - as it tries to convince a buyer that there is potential to transform the property. 

One thing is certain, the future owner must not only have great vision - and faith that the home can be restored at all - but also significant savings to renovate the 'shy' property. The house is currently not habitable as it
