The mother of a three-year-old child in Colorado was horrified to find a crack pipe in one of her bags after she ordered groceries from Walmart last month.
Tesia Britt, 28, found the drug paraphernalia next to a bottle of pineapple juice on April 5 while unloading her errands along with her daughter at home in Aurora.
Britt immediately complained to the supermarket chain but was told that Walmart uses a third-party service for purchases through their app.
She told DailyMail.com that she spoke to a manager who promised her that the driver would face 'disciplinary action' but they did not specify what that would be.
Walmart has since confirmed that they 'immediately deactivated the third-party driver' after the complaint.
But Britt told DailyMail.com she was still waiting for an apology from the billion dollar chain and said she hadn't even received the store gift card she was promised.
