The mysterious Hamzy clan associate who was allegedly kidnapped in an exclusive Sydney suburb has been living in a lavish $6million mansion with waterfront views while out on bail.
Rodrigo Henriquez, 39, was allegedly assaulted with a crowbar then bundled into a car by a group of men outside his Oyama Avenue home, in Manly, about 9.30am on Sunday.
Witnesses contacted police who pulled over the Toyota Hilux around 11km away in Warringah Road, at Forestville, a short time later.
Four men were arrested and Henriquez was taken to hospital for treatment where he was treated for injuries.

The four bedroom home, which features a pool and overlooks Manly Beach, spans 488 square metres and goes for a whooping $4100 per week.
Property records show the home was purchased for $2,355,000 in 2007, but is worth up to $6.79million in the current market.
