A mother has spoken of her fury after she was told to 'hide' in a corner to breastfeed her baby at a Premier Inn.
Kelly Corbin was humiliated by staff at one of the hotel chain's restaurants in Guernsey after she was ordered to feed her baby 'out the way of the public' because 'the residents won’t like it'.
The devoted parent, who had already been suffering with postnatal anxiety, left the hotel in tears and was forced to feed her 'crying, hungry' baby in the car following the traumatic ordeal.
Kelly took to social media on Saturday to tell of how the 'terrible' incident has 'knocked everything out of me' and left her doubting whether she will ever breastfeed in public again.
But her post inspired other parents to launch a show of support, with dozens of mothers staging a protest at the hotel in Admiral Park, to speak out against the 'discrimination' that Kelly faced.
