Social media users have slammed a bizarre-looking newbuild house in London that has six different types of 'pick and mix' windows on the front.

The woman who stumbled upon the strange sight was doing the Green Link Walk earlier this week - a 15-mile walking and wheeling route from Epping Forest to Peckham Town Centre.

She stopped in her tracks to take a snap of the 'nightmare' home, before sharing it online.

The X (formerly Twitter) user, who goes by Dee Dee May (@deedeelea), penned: 'Saw this house when I was doing the #GreenLinkWalk,' alongside a shocked emoji.

Appearing to have three floors, the home is strangely thin, with six windows crammed onto the front - all of different shapes and sizes.

From two very skinny and long windows on the right side of the house to another triangular one jutting out on the top floor, right in the middle of the home, the design is definitely one of a kind.

Adding to the eerie Effect is the rusting car that seems to have been taken by the overgrown, out-of-control garden.

There's also a tall black metal gate sitting on the left side of the asymmetrical house, but there appears to be no door at the front of the home.

One X user penned, 'Rather unnerving...' with the original poster replying: 'Yeah feels like the setting
