Labour will today pledge to crack down on tax dodgers to fund the party's pledges for the NHS and school breakfast clubs. 

Rachel Reeves was left with a black hole in her plans when Chancellor Jeremy Hunt spiked the Opposition's guns by announcing at the last Budget that he would scrap non-dom status.

But the Shadow Chancellor will today say she can fill the void by closing the tax gap – the difference between tax owed and what government collects.
