So it’s perhaps no wonder that Gabby and Kenny Logan’s daughter Lois was up to the challenge of competing in a half marathon with her ultra-fit mother.
The pair took part in London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday morning, posing for a photo together as they got ready to set off.
Logan, 50, and her showjumping daughter, 18, looked in high spirits before running to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy UK.
After the race, Logan said: ‘I think I was trying to prove that being 50 wasn’t a barrier to pushing myself.’

The TV presenter shares Lois and her twin brother Reuben with her former Scotland rugby international husband Kenny, 52.
