From the outside, this six-bedroom house on the Isle of Wight looks like the dream family home.

But house-hunters interested in snapping up the property will have to clear out decades of junk hoarded by the current owners.

And estate agents who have listed the home for £400,000 have even banned children from attending viewings on 'health and safety grounds' - while adults are warned to wear 'strong footwear'. 

Astonishing photos show how rubbish has been allowed to accumulate and spread across the house. 

Estate agents were unable to carry out a detailed floor plan because they weren't able to access some of the rooms and instead have had to relay on an old one.
