The woman was seen performing oral sex act on the man while the pair was perched on the narrow shoal in the middle of the Maroochy River, on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
Footage of the shocking incident was uploaded to a local Maroochydore Instagram page on Tuesday, with the caption: 'When in Rome (Maroochy River Bank)'.
