Police slammed for failing to warn public about boy, 17, who is wanted for ... trends now
Police have been slammed after failing to warn the public about a fugitive suspect after a father-of-two was stabbed.
A 17-year-old boy - who has been charged with attempted murder- escaped a local authority secure accommodation last weekend.
Prior to that, he was on the run for six weeks before his arrest over the stabbing of Danny Normal in Thetford, Norfolk, back in March.
