So the owners of the Montclair home are now offering it up for $10 in the hope it will entice someone to relocate it.

The town planning board recently approved an application to sub-divide the land at 44 Pleasant Ave after it was purchased by BNE Real Estate Group, CBS reports.
The sub-division can occur only on the condition that the historic home is not torn down.
The 3,900 square-foot home, which was designed by famed architect Dudley S. Van Antwerp, was built back in 1906.
