The British boxer, 30, who is due to fly back to the UK today, was seen dancing with a Coke-coloured drink in his hand with Beauty adviser Gulbahor Becknazar, in the footage which he recorded himself.
The welterweight champion, from Bolton, who is worth £23million, swings the camera round and appears to be enjoying himself in the club with friends. But one of his friends comes in to shot and wags his finger to stop Khan from filming.
After posting the footage online he deleted it minutes later and apologised for uploading it and for another video which appeared on Ms Becknazar's Instagram account.
He also denied that he drinks alcohol, despite having a drink in his hand on camera.
Khan is embroiled in a very public break-up with his wife Faryal Makhdoom, who appeared to taunt him last night with a picture of their daughter with the caption 'my little angel'.

In a series of explosive tweets on Friday, the boxer and his wife Faryal announced their marriage was over – with each accusing the other of cheating.
Khan, 30, who is worth £23million, initially claimed he and Faryal were getting divorced and accused his American wife of having an affair with heavyweight rival Anthony Joshua
The battle between the 30-year-old athlete and Faryal, 26, was played out on Twitter last week, where they attacked each other over accusations of infidelity.
Khan, who is currently in Dubai, was later photographed with Abu Dhabi-based Ms Becknazar in the back of a taxi and dancing in a nightclub in a story on her Instagram account, but later played down her night out with the boxer.
In an emotional video he posted on Snapchat yesterday, he insisted he was just letting off steam and blamed his wife for 'drawing him into it'.
A teary looking Khan said: 'I just want to apologise for my behaviour yesterday. I know it's something that you guys don't want to see.
'But it was it's what my ex-wife's drawn me to do. Faryal's drawn me. Her mum's drawn me. They've taken my daughter away from me. She's in New York. Faryal's threatening me for me to never see my daughter again.'
'I don't want to live like this. I only went out yesterday because 'm so stressed out with all that drama that's gone on and I wanted to let myself go.
'I went out with a group of friends. I don't drink alcohol. Just don't use it against me. I did nothing wrong yesterday. I was just so frustrated with everything that's gone on.'
Boxer Amir Khan's estranged wife Faryal Makhdoom has taunted him with a photo of their daughter tonight captioned 'my little angel'
Amir Khan posted an emotional video online today, again hitting out at wife Faryal Makhdoom
It came after he was seen cuddled up with Gulbahor Becknazar in the back of a car
He said his head was 'cabbaged' with everything that had happened and he was now returning to Britain from Dubai to sort things out.
He added: 'Me and Faryal spoke. I'm not one of those type of guys that likes drama and she was really nasty to me.'
It comes after the former welterweight champion and his wife Faryal Makhdoom, 26, became embroiled in a sensational public row on Twitter on Friday, during which both were guilty of mudslinging.
In the Instagram story which appeared on Ms Becknazar's page @principessa_persiana, Khan is in the back of a car with her and can be heard saying: 'Hey what's up? We're here with my girl. Just chilling in Dubai.'
Gulbahor Becknazar is an Abu Dhabi-based Beauty adviser, who has appeared in music videos
Ms Becknazar later posted a video to play down her night with the welterweight champion
Ms Becknazar then smiles and replies: 'Chilling in Dubai.'
The next scene is being filmed by the Beauty adviser, who has appeared in movies and music videos in the Middle East.
It shows the duo in a nightclub and smiling and posing at the camera.
And in the final shot of the story, they are seen cuddled up to each other in the back of a car, as they fist-pump and laugh together.
Ms Becknazar later posted a video to play down her night with the welterweight champion.
She said: 'Whatever I posted on my Instagram story it was all on Amir's behalf and there's nothing wrong about it. So that's it basically.'
Yesterday, Khan tweeted to say he will be flying to San Francisco in mid-August to ‘put everything behind him’ and train to get his career in the ring back on track just hours before posting a topless photo of himself.

He was spotted by a reporter for the Sunday Mirror trudging back to his £160-a-night hotel room near the the world’s tallest building the Burj Khalifa.
He said: 'I don’t know what to say. I’m gutted. I’ve not slept all night.
'I went to see some people at the marina and I’ve been up all night. I couldn’t sleep. I need time to think. I just need to rest and to speak to some people.'
On Friday, the former world welterweight champion accused his wife of having an affair with Anthony Joshua, which he denied, and Makhdoom unloaded on her husband's flailing boxing career and cheating past before deleting the posts.
While some fans backed the former world championship boxer who is planning a big return to the ring, others saw Khan's announcement on Twitter as an opportunity to land a knock-out gag.
Khan wrote: 'Mid August I'm off to San Francisco to start my training. Putting everything behind me and moving forward. Get back on top with big fights.'

To which user Dan Irving, Manchester United season ticket holder, responded with: 'Finally, you've managed to take something on the chin,' poking fun at the light-welterweight's struggles in the past to take a punch.
Makhdoom has shared her first selfie yesterday since the Twitter bust-up with husband Amir Khan saying 'hold your head high', shortly after retweeting a message from the Koran on social media warning people to 'show no arrogance'.
The model, 26, last night tried to backtrack on her astonishing love-split Twitter feud with Khan by deleting her tweets from their spat and claiming she had been hacked so the couple could stay together for the sake of their daughter, a source close to the family has said.
Khan snapchatted a video to his followers telling them the social media claims had been correct and they were splitting - and no one had been hacked
