The suspected Golden State Killer is fighting prosecutors' efforts to take photos of his genitalia and collect more DNA.
Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert got a warrant last week to gather the DNA samples from Joseph DeAngelo, 72, and photographs of his 'entire body, including his penis'.
DeAngelo was scheduled to appear in a Sacramento courtroom on Thursday where his public defender, Diane Howard, filed a motion to block efforts by the district attorney.

Sacramento Sheriff John McGinness said the request for the photographs may be related to clues issued by law enforcement dating back to the 70s and 80s when authorities were searching for an East Area Rapist suspect.
At the time they publicized the notion that he was not well endowed, McGinness said.
