The northbound lanes are closed around junction nine for Redboune to junction eight for Hemel Hempstead. Highways England has warned drivers to expect delays following an “overturned car from a multi-vehicle collision”. The lanes three and four are still closed after traffic was held for an hour after the 6am crash.
