The Duchess of Sussex shielded herself from the soaring temperatures with a sunhat as she cradled the three-month-old tot ahead of a family trip. The visit was marred after the couple, who are passionate climate change campaigners, were branded hypocrites for taking their THIRD private plane trip of the summer. Meghan, 38, was seen disembarking the 12-seater Cessna Citation Sovereign with her son on Wednesday morning before climbing into a waiting vehicle.
The Suits star opted for a loose white blouse and a cream hat while little Archie was dressed in pale blue trousers and a white and navy striped sweater.
The Duke of Sussex, 34, wearing a green polo shirt, a baseball cap and sunglasses, was pictured climbing down the steps of the plane as aides packed the family’s luggage into a blacked-out black people carrier.
The couple’s journey from Farnborough Airport in Hampshire to Nice came just two days after they flew from Ibiza to London by private jet.

Their French holiday is estimated to have a carbon footprint of more than three tons while their earlier trip to Ibiza is believed to have wracked up four tons.
The travel choices of the Queen’s grandson and his American wife were slammed on social media and Labour MP Teresa Pearce called on the couple to “lead by example”.
In an interview for the September issue of Vogue, which was guest edited by Meghan, Harry said he would have a “maximum” of two children because he was concerned for the environment.
