EastEnders’ Suki Panesar (played by Balvinder Sopal) has been tricking her children into believing she has cancer but her lies could be set to unravel on the BBC soap. Fans were horrified when it was confirmed Suki was growing closer to Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) in order to keep up the pretence that she’s suffering from the tragic illness but it seems her manipulative behaviour will lead to her downfall.
When Suki arrived on the Square it became evident that she rules the roost over the Panesar brothers.
However, the family were initially divided over Suki’s arrival with Ash Panesar (Gurlaine Kaur Garcha) making it clear she wasn’t happy to see her mum.
The Panesar matriarch and daughter had been feuding for some time over Ash’s decision to have an abortion but the pair put their grievances aside when Suki’s supposed symptoms became apparent.
Suki wasted no time in befriending Jean when she moved to Walford and has been quizzing the Slater matriarch on her symptoms.

Jean becomes obsessed with getting to the bottom of Suki’s treatment in the wake of Daniel Cook’s (Ade Edmonson) death.
Her determination concerns Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) who confides in Mo Harris (Laila Morse), but what she doesn't realise is Jean is listening to every word she says.
Meanwhile, Stuart Highway (Ricky Champ) gives Daniel’s ashes to Jean but her attention is diverted when Mo tries to sell the specialist bed meant for Daniel.
