Sarah Harding, 38, is undergoing chemotherapy after revealing last week her breast cancer has spread to other parts of her body. Kimberley Walsh, 38, has admitted it's been a "tough" time for the former Girls Aloud singer.
The mum-of-two revealed that she has been in constant contact with Sarah as she gushed over her pal.
It comes after Sarah spoke candidly about her breast cancer diagnosis in a Twitter post.
Following her announcement there has been an outpouring of support from both celebrities and fans alike.
Her ex-Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley has now praised Sarah for being "strong" during this difficult time.

“I am completely devastated, it's been really, really tough, but speaking to her a lot helps and keeping that contact," Kimberley expressed.
"She knows we’re there for her every step of the way. She’s a strong girl and I love her so much.”
The Girls Aloud stars have rallied round Sarah since her heartbreaking health struggle.
Kimberley continued to The Sun that she hoped to see her former bandmates watch her latest musical show, Sleepless: A Musical Romance at the Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre.
