Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha has been married to her second husband Mark Adderley since 2002. The small-screen star has since spoken out about a decision she made with her other half and the couple's two children; Maddie, 17, and Kiki-Bee, 13.
Nadia and Mark explained that it was a "struggle" for them both after they decided to homeschool both of their daughters.
The former EastEnders actress also explained she refuses to discuss the topic on television because people are often "dismissive" of the concept of homeschooling.
Nadia and Mark removed their children from mainstream school five years ago.
The presenter added people often share a "narrow" viewpoint on homeschooling and the idea can be particularly "scary" for some parents.

"Yes, it's very personal to us. That's why we don't talk about it on telly," Nadia explained.
"Because this is our children's lives and this is what we've done. We don't want to be put into one niche corner."
The Loose Women star added: "We've struggled with it. We've struggled with them going to school but we have two amazing children."
Her other half agreed, adding also that it has been difficult for the family.
