The former Vice President has been outspoken on issues surrounding the environment, and should he claim victory in the US election, has vowed to install a new green deal on his first day in office. But his decision to take such a tough stance on climate change in the US has been dismantled by Ms Seibt, who claims the hugely expensive move could spark the meltdown of the US' economy. The German, who argues the impact of CO2 emissions on the environment is highly over-inflated, argues that his move to spend trillions of dollars to protect the environment, was similar to claims of how his rival Donald "has ruined the economy" over his reaction to the coronavirus.


She said: "You have Joe Biden who promotes absolute socialism in terms of the climate change debate, even though he never approaches any true professionals or experts on climate change.

"He should at least look at both sides because you can't have your pro-climate change activists and scientists, but if you shut down everyone else you don't even allow for debate then you can't implement such strong economic policies in my opinion."

The activist added: "Whenever the Democrats post something about climate change it's usually something like, 'It's getting warmer here', or, 'There's a climate catastrophe there'.

"But where is the cause and relationship between CO2 emissions and the catastrophe?
