There are plenty of diet plans available which all promise to give results. On How To Lose Weight Well, slimmers tried different diets to see which ones work best.

On tonight's episode, slimmer Mick embarked on a fitness journey and used diet and exercise to transform his frame.
Mick wanted help getting in shape ahead of taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peak challenge, which involves walking Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.
Speaking on his diet before his transformation, he said: "Food wise there is nothing that's off limits.

Mick had just six weeks to get into shape before he completed his challenge.
When he began his diet plan, he tipped the scales at around 19 stone.
