Season four of The Handmaid’s Tale remains one of the most highly anticipated TV events for 2021. Ahead of the Hulu show’s delayed return after production was shut down by the coronavirus pandemic, Elisabeth Moss has promised fans the new episodes are bigger and better than ever.

Elisabeth Moss has promised the upcoming season of dystopian drama The Handmaid’s Tale will be well worth the wait after COVID-19 shut down production last year.
Now eying a release date later in 2021, the critically acclaimed drama based on the novel by Margaret Atwood is once again filming in Toronto.

Known for balancing its timely themes with gripping drama and action sequences, Moss claimed the next season is even more ambitious when she recently spoke to Deadline.

Giving an update on the show’s production, she said: “I’m leaving for set in 20 minutes. We’re halfway through the season.”
Moss then continued by revealing season four will kick straight into high gear when the eagerly anticipated premiere finally surfaces.
She went on: “I will say that the first half of this season is definitely bigger than we’ve ever done. It has been incredibly challenging.
“It has been, on a production level, really, really outside of our box, and it’s just bigger in every way.”
