During Monday’s This Morning, James Martin was back in the ITV kitchen demonstrating how to cook the perfect chicken wings. The TV chef began by showing hosts Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes how to make the sauce for the wings. However, as he began to cook the chicken in a pan of oil, Phillip was quick to question why he was doing it that way.
For the sauce, James grated an entire piece of ginger and put it in the frying pan before adding the zest of a lime.
“The key to this in a second is this paste that I’m going to use,” he explained.
“This goujon paste, it’s Korean and it’s made out of a chilli paste really. It is fermented chilis.
“You get this amazing flavour from it, it is fantastic.”Insurance Loans Mortgage Attorney Credit Lawyer

As James continued with the cooking segment, Rochelle and Phillip were able to dig in and try some chicken wings he had prepared earlier.
As they were doing so, Phillip stopped to warn his co-host about hot spicy the sauce was.
“Pointing to the sauce, Phillip said: “That is molten, don’t touch that.
“The sauce is molten.”
