The Duchess of Sussex's debut is inspired by the "special bond" of Prince Harry and their son Archie Harrison. Titled The Bench, it will be published on June 8 by Penguin Random House Children’s Books.
The publisher has released the Duchess’ author bio, which features a sweet nod to their two dogs and “growing flock of rescue chickens".
The bio reads: “Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, is a mother, wife, feminist, and activist.
“Through the nonprofit work of the Archewell Foundation, she and her husband are committed to activating compassion in communities across the world.
