Mayte Carrasco, who has reported from the frontline of the war in Syria and the Arab Spring uprising, said she didn't feel safe walking around Barcelona because of the lack of precautionary measures adopted in the area hit by terrorists on 17 August.
Talking to LBC, Ms Carrasco said: "All I feel here is that we don't have any policemen protecting us.
"I see only a few agents but I'm really missing the army. Probably the army here, with big guns like in France or in the UK, could be great for the population to feel safe.
