EPASouth Korea protestors lined the streets of Seoul in time for Trump's arrival
Police were on high alert in Seoul on Tuesday as dozens of angry demonstrators lined the streets near the presidential Blue House in the city holding placards emblazoned with ‘say no to Trump, say no to war’ and ‘Trump NOT welcomed!’.
Protestors have accused President Trump of bellicose rhetoric, which could increase the potential for a devastating military conflict on the Korean peninsula.
And they also believe the US leader is pressuring Seoul to buy more US weapons, along with pressuring President Moon Jae-in to re-do a bilateral free trade deal between the two countries so that it more favourable for America.
