Chelsea will face off against Tottenham at Stamford Bridge in a mouth-watering Premier League clash today.

Both teams are fighting for a place in next season’s Champions League and the Blues could close the gap to Spurs by just two points with a win today.

Tottenham currently sit in fourth in the Premier League table, the final Champions League spot, on 61 points with Chelsea five behind.

Today’s derby could also turn out to be a dress rehearsal for this season’s FA Cup final, with both London sides having booked their places in the semis.

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois could miss today’s game while Spurs star striker Harry Kane could make a surprise return.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino said his side’s top scorer could be involved just three weeks after suffering ankle ligament damage.

Speaking ahead of today’s game, Pochettino said: "There is still a lot of games to play, but always it's important for your confidence, motivation - to win at Chelsea would be fantastic but for sure it will be a very tough game. They are a very good team, great quality and always it's tough to compete with them.

"For us, three points would be fantastic and put us in a very good position in the table."
