The Duchy is an enormous private estate created for the male heir of the monarch to inherit, and it is estimated to be worth £647 million.
Annabel is an interior designer and antiques collector, with a shop in Dorset running for 30 years.
She has designed the interior of 12 cottages on the Isles of Scilly, cottages at Restormel Castle and at Llwynywermod estate in Wales.
Annabel was ranked fifth most influential female interior designer in the UK in 2014 by the Daily Telegraph.
