The actor, 28, confirmed his new romance with the pop star, 24, during a PDA-filled outing in London earlier this week.
And taking their romance to new levels, Paul introduced his new girlfriend to his 'lifelong best friend' Daisy, 26, and her northern boyfriend Ben.
Daisy was forced to clarify the nature of her relationship with Paul following their stint on Normal People, in May.
At the time, Daisy admitted she 'fell in love' with Paul, but insisted it was in a friendly way.
The foursome looked in great spirits as they partied with the crowd while watching Mitski headline.
Paul and Gracie looked smitten as he wrapped his arm around her during the performance and held hands as they departed the grounds.
The couples spent the evening partying together and was seen mingling outside the festival afterwards.
Gracie - who is the daughter of Star Wars filmmaker legend J.J. Abrams - couldn't take her arms off her handsome hunk.
The Gladiators star was first spotted with the singer in June and have been on plenty of public outings together since.
The pair could be set to become Hollywood's latest 'power couple', with both of their profiles on the rise.
It has been claimed that Paul's upcoming role in the Gladiator sequel will send him 'into the stratosphere' of stardom.
Meanwhile, Gracie recently achieved a major boost when she served alongside Sabrina Carpenter as an opening act for Taylor Swift.
Ben - who used to date actress Anya Taylor-Joy - has been dating Normal People actress Daisy since September 2023.
Ben, who boasts 46,300 Instagram followers and goes by the name Pip, is a director, photographer and artist.
Across his social media, Ben has photographed Paul and Daisy as well as Andrew Scott, Priyanka Chopra, Nicola Coughlam.
The photographer is no stranger to a high profile relationship, having previously dated The Queen's Gambit star Anya Taylor-Joy.
He split up with the blonde beauty ahead of her beating Daisy to the best actress gong at the Golden Globes in 2021.
Meanwhile, Daisy split from Tom Varey in late 2020 after two years of dating.
Daisy previously lifted the lid on her sweet relationship with her close friend and co-star Paul.
The duo have delighted fans with snippets of their adorable friendship, ever since they met on the set of Normal People back in 2019.
In an interview with Variety, the actress revealed that she considers the Gladiators II star to be one of her 'lifetime best friends'.
She told the publication: 'He's an incredibly grounded person and I am too, I think, so it's nice to be able to have those touchstones and those people you can laugh about it with and be lighthearted with.
'We met when I was 20 and Paul was 22; I'm so excited to see where we'll be at 32, 42, and what life will bring us.'
Daisy previously admitted she 'fell in love' with co-star Paul on set of Normal People - but clarified it was 'just as friends'.
