I'm A Celebrity bosses are reportedly in 'talks' with Oti Mabuse to appear on the ITV show later this year.
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional, 33, could be gearing up to become a campmate less than one year on from the traumatic birth of her daughter.
Oti and her husband Marius Lepure, 41, became parents in November with the tot being born prematurely with an infection, spending six weeks in intensive care.
The dancer also experienced complications after the birth when she was diagnosed with sepsis.
However, according to The Sun, she could be set to enter the jungle at the end of this year, with an insider saying show bosses are 'over the moon.'
A source told the publication: 'Oti is a brilliant name for I’m A Celebrity, she’s hugely popular and well liked by the ITV audience so bosses are over the moon she could be a campmate this year.
'She’s very much seen as being part of the ITV family of stars and is always guaranteed to be great fun.'
MailOnline has contacted ITV and Oti's representative for comment.
Oti has been incredibly open about her traumatic birth after she explained how her baby daughter's life was saved by the NHS after a terrifying sepsis scare.
She told The Sun on Sunday: 'It was helpful for someone to ask me, "How are you feeling? How are you dealing with these new emotions?"
'My sepsis was discovered after the birth it’s not something that was missed, so I just want to make that clear, as I’d read it misinterpreted like that a while ago.
'My daughter had an infection when she came out and the doctors gave her treatment. I didn’t have time to panic we were just focused on her being better.'
The former Strictly Come Dancing professional explained she always felt as if her daughter was in 'safe hands' as medics gave her the best possible treatment.
Oti added that the little one had to learn how to eat alone and breathe alone but admitted that the neonatal unit is a world she knows little about she she claimed the team did an 'amazing' job.
She shocked fans when she announced she would be leaving Strictly as a double champion after seven years in 2022.
Oti won the Glitterball trophy in two consecutive years with Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher and comedian Bill Bailey leaving many to believe that the South African could be set for a sensational hat trick.
But speaking on the All Change podcast last year, Oti admitted that the pressure of dealing with the celebrity contestants and stress she put on herself became too much and she turned to her husband for support.
She explained: 'Luckily my husband again has been an amazing person who has seen the dark days, the days where I'm in the shower crying with my clothes on because it's so hard and it's so overwhelming. He's seen me having to deal with 'interesting personalities.'
