Outraged Celebs Go Dating viewers accused Helen Flanagan of 'only doing the show for publicity' after Tuesday night's episode was aired.
The former Corrie star, 34, told livid Celebs Go Dating experts she has a 'secret boyfriend' footballer Robbie Talbot, 44, in the latest instalment
In shocking scenes she revealed she is 'in love' with him despite continuing the Channel 4 show.
This prompted a furious reaction from fans who accused her of not being honest on the show and saying her involvement in the series was a 'waste of time' and a 'publicity stunt'.
They penned on X: 'Helen just wanted to be on TV #celebsgodating',
'Helen should pay the fee back #CelebsGoDating.',
'What a waste of time from Helen. Why even go on a show if you have someone else back home #CelebsGoDating.',
'They need to add into these contracts that if a celeb is found to be already dating someone then the fee gets pulled. #celebsgodating.',
'Ahh Helen, I really liked you but you've clearly just been after some exposure and publicity. What a waste of time #CelebsGoDating.',
'Helen Flanagan: 'I'm really honest, I'm really honest!' yet has a boyfriend??? Protest too much... Jeeze Louise! ...Seens she may just haved signed up for publicity in an attempt to gain relevance.'
'Wasn't Helen kissing her date like last week? But she has a boyfriend? #CelebsGoDating.',
'Helen only joined to appear on the telly, what a time waster, you join a dating show looking for a date and you already have a boyfriend, why join in the first place #CelebsGoDating.'
In the series, Helen has so far kissed one handsome singleton after going on several dates together - before telling him he wasn't right for her.
But it wasn't until weeks into filming that Helen was forced to come clean about her hidden romance - leaving the experts stunned to silence.
Her confession follows reports she has grown close to former footballer Robbie while filming for the show.
Fans will soon be able to watch the drama unfold in upcoming episodes as she opens up further on her relationship with Robbie.
In the episode on Tuesday, Helen and the rest of the celebrities put their skills under pressure in a tense game.
It led Helen telling experts Paul Carrick Brunson, Anna Williamson and Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn the truth, bringing the light-hearted game to a halt.
She said: 'Unfortunately I am comparing everyone to him. And it's making it very difficult now when I'm dating.'
Dumbfounded Anna interjected: 'Pardon, you've got a boyfriend? Why on Earth hasn't she told us?'
Helen continued: 'My feelings have just got stronger and more intense. I actually could see something with this guy at home being something really quite lovely. I think I am in love with him.'
The new flame hasn't stopped the former Corrie star from appearing on the E4 show as bosses have now reportedly written her relationship with the ex-Morecambe striker into the E4 show in a first for the series.
A spokesperson for the show said that producers found out about her new love while she was filming and she was asked to be transparent with the agents.
Helen and Robbie then met with the agents together and it was decided Helen would no longer date members of the public - developments that will be shown from episode 10, reports The Sun.
Sources had previously claimed that despite the fact Robbie was on set with her while Helen filmed the dating show, which follows a group of single celebrities looking for love, it didn't stop the soap star from kissing a date called Luke in one episode.
A Celebs Go Dating spokesperson said: 'During the filming of Celebs Go Dating, the executive producers discovered that Helen Flanagan was in a relationship outside of the CGD process. Once this came to light, Helen was asked to be transparent with the agents and her fellow celebrities during her next filming day.
'As per the show's guidelines, all participating celebrities must be single. After discussing the situation, it was decided that Helen and her partner, Robbie, would meet with the agents to assess their compatibility, and Helen would no longer date members of the public. These developments will be featured on the show starting from episode 10.'
Anna previously revealed Helen was incredibly close to getting booted off the show after breaking one of the agencies' rules.
Speaking about the juicy series, Anna told The Sun: 'Helen, I just love her.
'What I will say about her though - and I don't want to spoil anything - but Helen has the biggest cliffhanger pivot of a storyline that we've ever had in Celebs Go Dating history.
'Helen nearly got thrown out of the agency two weeks ago. She did something huge which goes against all the rules of the agency.'
Appearing on the long-running series, Helen previously spoke about her dating struggle after splitting from ex fiancé Scott Sinclair.
A source had told The Sun: 'Helen tried to keep the relationship under wraps because of Celebs Go Dating. But that's become difficult as their feelings have grown for each other. It came to a head when she was quizzed by the dating agents about why she was failing to pursue connections on the show.
'The one rule of CGD is stars must be single. But E4 bosses were desperate to keep her, so found a way to write Robbie into the show.
'Sources on set have seen him filming alongside Helen. While it's not known how E4 will justify the fakery, viewers will feel they're trying to pull the wool over their eyes.'
MailOnline contacted Celebs Go Dating and Helen's representatives for comment.
Helen looked happier than ever as she hit the dancefloor with Robbie and he was seen picking her up and spinning her around.
A source said at the time: 'Helen's absolutely smitten. They look so good together. She deserves to be happy after everything she's been through recently.
'She's tried to keep things out of the public eye, but that's become difficult as their feelings have grown for each other.
'Helen made no secret of her new relationship at her party, but it is still early days.'
Helen shares children Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and son Charlie, three, with her ex, and this week admitted she felt 'invisible' during her relationship with the footballer as she fears no man will ever love her again.
