Tommy Fury has broken his silence with a candid YouTube clip were he addressed 'cheating' rumours and spoke about embracing his own form of therapy following his shock split from ex-fiance Molly-Mae Hague.
The former Love Island couple sent fans spiraling last week after they announced their shock split and called off their engagement after five years together.
And now Tommy, 25, has returned to the video platform as he opened up about the past few weeks.
He said: 'I'm going to take you out on a morning run with me. It's something I've been doing for probably the past month.
'I think getting out of bed, first thing, going on a nice long run, fresh air, lovely weather, I don't think there's anything better for you.'
Tommy shared an insight into his morning routine as he jogged along the leafy streets of Cheshire.
He confessed he was 'feeling good' after a turbulent few weeks.
During the vlog, the star also teased fans that he had something 'very, very exciting lined up at the end of the year'.
He refused to disclose any more on his secret project but he did address the recent drama.
He said: 'The best way of therapy for me is getting out first thing, clearing your head, going out there on a nice long run, fresh air, there's nothing better. It sets you up for the day.'
Tommy has been accused of cheating on Molly after alleging sharing a passionate kiss with Danish Milla Corfixen, 20, during a lads' holiday in North Macedonia - claims he denies.
His post comes after Molly-Mae appeared to take a swipe at the boxer in a new post on Wednesday.
In her latest post Molly-Mae posed for a string of stylish snaps as she moved on from the split and got back to work.
She wrote alongside the images: 'Days in the office surrounded by women who motivate and inspire me.'
It could have been interpreted as a dig at her ex in response to past headlines that highlighted when he was surrounded by women when out at clubs.
The blonde beauty also revealed she is feeling 'positive' in her latest YouTube vlog on Wednesday.
And in her latest Vlog, Molly-Mae discussed co-parenting daughter Bambi, after previously saying the 20-month-old can 'sense' their split.
Opening up to her followers, the influencer said: 'I've had quite a positive day today, this weekend was a lot more positive than I thought it was going to be.
'We went to the soft play this morning and then Tommy picked Bambi up this afternoon, spent the afternoon with her, so things are going well.
'I've not been feeling too bad so I feel like that is a positive.'
